Training

• Standard training:
  • A two to three hour interactive session that clearly explains what Large Language Models (LLM) such as ChatGPT are, how they work, their advantages and pitfalls. Includes a practical part on how to write good prompts.

Consulting

At Transforian, we tackle your business problems in a pragmatic way:

• First, we identify the business goal. This can be anything from increasing the efficiency of business processes to innovating the business itself.
• Then we do a short brainstorm session to identify the high-level business process including the major pain points.
• For each of the pain points, we come up with one or several possible solutions. Together with the business process expert, we try these out. Often, solutions will be AI based.
• We always start with the most promising ones: those that generate most business revenue for as little as investment as possible. This is often called the “low hanging fruit”.
• Once the new process works with the chosen improvements, we identify possible automations so the process can become even more efficient.
